PLEASE READ THESE SHIPPING AND RETURN CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND RETAIN A COPY OF THESE CONDITIONS AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

By purchasing off ANPR (UK) Ltd T/A Online Memory you agree to abide to all set conditions of purchase.

PDA Online are a trading company of ANPR (UK) Ltd. In these conditions PDA Online will be referred to as ANPR (UK) Ltd.

ANPR (UK) Ltd reserve the right to update this policy. ANPR (UK) Ltd will notify you about significant changes we make by placing a prominent notice on our site.

:: Missing items

All goods are scanned before being dispatched to customers. If an item is missing from your order and you have not been informed that this ‘item is to follow' when in stock, you must inform a member of our Customer Services Team within 48Hrs of delivery, ANPR (UK) Ltd will not be responsible for loss of items due to negligent of these conditions. Missing items or ‘items to follow' will NOT incur an extra delivery charge.

:: Orders returned due to no consignee on delivery


Goods purchased from ANPR (UK) Ltd will be sent either by Royal Mail or Initial City Link. To find out which courier your order has/may travel with please contact a member of our customer services 0844 840 5630

Initial City Link (Delivery :: 9am – 5pm)
All packages sent via Initial City Link must be accepted with a signature. If a consignee is not available at the time of delivery the package will be returned to the Initial City Link Depot unless authorisation has been given by ANPR (UK) Ltd for the package to be left with a neighbour or similar. Initial City Link will attempt delivery of the package on two separate occasions, if delivery is failed on both occasions the package will then be held at your local Initial City Link depot for three days while arrangements are made for delivery/collection. ANPR (UK) Ltd will not allow collection from the depot without pre-authorisation. To arrange collection please contact a member of our customer services 0844 840 5630.

Royal Mail Re-Delivery
If an item is returned to ANPR (UK) Ltd by Initial City Link you will incur a charge to you card without prior notice of £5.50 inc VAT to cover costs of the goods to be shipped back to ANPR (UK) Ltd , by purchasing off ANPR (UK) Ltd you agree to these terms.

Royal Mail (Delivery :: Early – 5pm)
All packages sent via Royal Mail must be accepted with a signature. If a consignee is not available at the time of delivery the package will be returned to your local sorting office for a period of 30 days, failure to collect the goods within these set 30 days the goods will be returned to ANPR (UK) Ltd . To collect from your local sorting office you must obtain your Royal Mail tracking reference, to obtain this reference please contact a member of our customer services on 0844 840 5630.

Royal Mail Re-Delivery
If it is required for goods to be re-dispatched due to there return to ANPR (UK) Ltd for reasons stated in the above paragraphs you will incur a second delivery charge. Re-delivery of goods is a set cost 2-4 days £2.95 inc VAT.

:: Return of faulty goods within 30 days

If there is a fault with your product you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for replacement please phone Customer Services on 0844 840 5630 (9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday)

All returns must have a valid Returns Number ( RMA#). All RMA's must be received within 14 days of the RMA issue date.

Returns will take approximately 7 working days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a "proof of delivery". ANPR (UK) Ltd will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods for replacement/ refund.

Any RMA returned found not to be defective or faults are caused by accident, neglect or misuse the customer may incur a return freight charge, this will be charged to the credit card. This is a set charge of £2.95 inc VAT.

When an item is to be replaced the goods must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

:: Refund/Exchange of Non faulty goods

Delivery will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods.

Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

:: 7 Day Cooling Off Period
By law, when buying at a distance you are allowed 7 day from receipt of goods in which to change your mind, However we at OnlineMemory allow a 14 day cooling off period. This may be because you made an impulse buy or simply chose the wrong item.  

It is not a "try before you buy period". All sealed items should be returned unopened and fit for sale as new. If they are not, a charge may be made at the managers discretion for loss of resoluble value.

Postage cost are none refundable. In the case of items sent under the terms of "free postage" this will no longer be free and will be £2.95 inc V.A.T. 

You are responsible for your own shipping cost to send products back. You should make sure you use a postal service that can prove we have taken delivery.

It should also be noted that goods returned should be posted via Royal Mail recorded delivery, expensive items by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  

:: Return of faulty products after more than 30 days
All products carry a twelve-month 'return to base' warranty (excluding consumable products e.g. batteries, tapes, ink cartridges). Once your product is more that 30 days old (but within the 12 months warranty) we will replace it free of charge, or apply a Store Credit to your account that can be redeemed against any future purchase. Only the original purchase price excluding any delivery or return costs will be credited to your Store Credit account. It is solely at the discretion of ANPR (UK) LTD as to whether a repair, replacement or Store Credit is provided.

This does not apply:

· outside the UK
· to faults caused by accident or neglect or misuse
· if you return the product to us without proof of purchase

Your statutory rights are not affected.
